Sharing a photo of this shattered panel onto a renovation Facebook set, the girl said she felt blessed to be covered and asked members if that was a frequent event.

‘Only only spent $9,000 renovating our pool plus among those pool fencing panels randomly burst,’ she wrote.

‘Thankfully nobody was hurt. But today a new fencing, decking, pool liner, filter and heating (required ).’

The girl said she is now contemplating replacing the glass panel using regular black fencing that is currently used on a single side of the pool space.

One Facebook user took to the comments section, saying they ‘had seen this happen too many times to count’.

Still another said it appears common in extreme heat.
‘Regrettably with toughened safety glass once it divides it explodes into a thousand bits,’ she explained.

‘Dramatic fluctuations in temperature is enough to make them burst particularly if there was a fixture which has been too tight and did not enable the glass to expand and contract correctly’

One girl who promised to operate in the sector said it might be down to inner flaws within the glass or minor harm during installation.

A Brisbane glass pool pro told on Friday that glass fences are proven to burst, especially in very hot weather.
He explained to make sure that glass panels upon delivery of the Australian Standard postage and glass shattering could just be down to bad workmanship.
